Giuliani Begins Returning $9.11 Checks (RINO opportunist's $9.11 fund-raiser)

After New Yorkers (and others) became outraged that a California supporter threw a fund-raiser for him asking for donations in the denomination of $9.11, the Giuliani campaign quietly began returning the checks. It's a small gesture..... but it's something. Is Giuliani finally recognizing how offensive it is for him to try to own the September 11 tragedy? Is he taking note that if his home city finishes turning against him, he'll have a hard time convincing people that he has a great mayoral legacy? Does this signify personal growth on his part? Eh, probably not. It's just $9.11, people.

I think that’s right. Thank goodness we have people at Free Republic that can make those judgments about who is liberal because some of us are just too dumb.

Again, let me disagree. The Spirit of Stonewall (SOS) is NOT the Stonewall Vets. As you can see in the letter that you posted, they are a different group who DISAGREE with the Stonewall Vets position on NAMBLA.******************
Please disregard my post #146. I misunderstood, and I believe you are correct.

I remember the libs in NYC often marching against something Giulani was proposing, of course with a a picture of him on a placard with a Hitler-like mustache.
Something he and Bush have in common. Not sure of how many others running have been equated with Hitler.

If you honestly believe Rudy is going to take away your guns, let’s just say you and I disagree.

Something he and Bush have in common. Not sure of how many others running have been equated with Hitler. Bush and Rudy are tied at the hip. Your own comment is one BIG reason to dismiss Rudy as a candidate.
Time has come to change. Bush and friends need to go, and a fresh face and new leadership that does not have the Bush touch to it could be a shot in the arm

if libs protest against him as being hitleresque, he would certainly make a wonderful conservative republican president!!! some strained logic there, wouldn't you say? AGAIN, there are those who cannot seem to comprehend that being loathed by libs ONLY MEANS YOU ARE A REPUBLICAN, it does not say a thing about your conservativism. this incessant harping on judging Giuliani by his ENEMIES is silly and tiresome. hey, i know, let's judge him by those he
ALIGNS HIMSELF WITH, instead . Wait, is that GEORGE SOROS? that's what i thought.

and excoriating Moveon.org for the Petraeus ad does not prove that he was never aligned with Soros, rather all it does is show Giuliani’s proclivity for taking the politically expedient position.

I think one major problem that the FRiberal Rooty Rooters are having is that they think comparing him to Bush somehow makes him a conservative.

I have no doubt that Giuliani will follow the formula he developed as Mayor of NYC. That formula involves disregarding the Second Amendment, which to me is completely unacceptable.
