Anyone there can, with a bit of gumption and support, get any bill they want on the floor with a clean straight up-or-down vote. For all the blather and rhetoric, none have done so. To the contrary, supporters HAVE brought such a vote up more than once, and when actually called on it the alleged opponents have voted in support.
They don’t want it to end.

It is really sad that so called Pubs will sell out on national security. That is the most important issue facing America. I want guys like Rudy, Mitt, Fred, Mike and even John in the House and Senate. I want tough guys not wussies on national defense. I want strong tax cutters who are concise. It seems that all of them can say and actually do something about those while no Socialist Dems can.
