I saw this on the Mayo Clinic website and thought you might want to do some research on this. Maybe you can find a holistic practitioner to help with the right treatment?

Yorkie, our prayers to you. It can be beaten, I know, I had a massive staph infection surrounding a spinal fusion device in my lower back. wore an antibiotic pump that pumped into my heart 24/7 for 13 weeks then a year of oral antibiotics. you can beat it !

Has the doctor put a port in yet for intravenous administration of the antibiotics? That might be the next step.
Also, you probably read my story in the other thread. I think the key to my cure was being very active.

My prayers are with you.
I am posting this - because I, also have been diagnosed with MRSA. (Five days ago). The antibiotics are not working, and I would be so greatful to have a little prayer. Hopefully, you have notified the doctor if the antibiotics are not working. If not, call him now. It is critical that you have antibiotics that work.
