What you do is purchase the ticket for the room then sublet it to other passengers. Damn, great idea. Instead of by hour, you could rent it in half hour slots. I am sure most couples would pay $500.00 for the privilege.
I did Newark to HK once on Continental. It took around 15 hours, that would come out to $15,000.
You may be able to turn a profit if your customers did not want clean sheets.

And to increase revenue, one could sell closed circuit viewing on all those seatback LCDs at say fifty bucks a pop.

I canât even imagine the price of those double bed suites on the Singapore Airlines A-380,,, would it be a far stretch to say around the same price as a couch ticket on the Concord ?
To: 386wt
Would have to be on the SF to Sydney run and have to watch the closed circuit broadcasts.

Sorry, but her face would make a train take a dirt road.

Yes, that last couple would sure get a rank lair.
This would be the 7 to 8 mile high club though, not trying to be too graphic. LOL

That’s a good guess. not cheap.
They also have 12 smaller suites available on this first luxury configuration of the A380 for Singapore airlines. 471 passengers.

There is absolutely nothing revolutionary about the 380 especially when it comes to nearly driving the company into the ash heap of aviation. This feat has been done many times before. The 787 is truly revolutionary, right down to the turbines that generate enough electricity to light up the town of Toulousse.

Are the rooms for rent by the hook up? Do you bring your own sheets? How soundproof are the rooms? Where do I hide the kids? Do they now allow smoking on the flights?

Each suite comes with sliding doors and self-adjustable roller blinds for privacy with only a small fabric screen at the bottom to allow cabin crew to check on passengers.
Blah. So much for joining the mile high club in style =).
