Impeachment / Recall and other measures should start to be considered. This has gone too far.

There is a strong likelihood that employers may simply fire employees who are unable to resolve the discrepancy within 90 days, even if they are legal, he (Breyer) wrote.
This statement reeks of so much BS I'm going to have to go change clothes now.

"Judge Breyer is the brother of Justice Stephen G. Breyer of the Supreme Court and was nominated by President Bill Clinton in 1997."
Beautiful, the Stainmaster gave us a 2-for-1 on liberal bozos to the judiciary, judges who do not know the meaning of respect for the LAW or the LEGISLATURE or the EXECUTIVE branch, a pair of judges who believe in making it up as they go from the bench so long as liberal interests are satisfied.

p.s. Is there any LEGAL person with a Social Security number who cannot obtain a Soc. Sec. card or other documentation with the number on it? Is there some form of validation that is beyond the capacity of LEGAL residents to supply within 90 days???????

Mr. Bush has tried as hard and authentically to enforce the border as Mr. Clinton tried during his first two weeks in office to cut taxes.
Mssrs. Bush, Breyer et al, I appeal this treachery to God.

My wife recently lost her SS card here in Houston. She took her birth certificate and her TX drivers license into a local SS office.
She had written verification of her SS number in about 20 minutes, and she had her new card in 8 days.

It’s just what Bush ordered. You know he never intended to have any employers arrested nor any illegals deported.

And that, dear George, is why we didn't trust "comprehensive immigration reform." Sure, you thought all the RAT giveaways were balanced by the strict enforcement provisions (such as they were), but we knew darned well that the Judiciary would "line-item veto" them, exactly like this judge did. Then all we'd be stuck with is an amnesty bill. Stay the %(*%^ away from Kennedy and Schumer, Mr. President, you are getting rolled.

I like both of your posts. Right on folks.

Chertoff should be on this like flies on rice. There’s no excuse for acting as if “we don’t know what we can do about this.”
Come on, who is this guy kidding. He didn’t know this was a possibility and have his ducks in a row? Either this guy is the consummate buffoon or he’s lying.
