Well let’s see. Bubba was charged with and convicted of perjury and obstruction of Justices in the Paula Jones case. His penalty was I believe $850,000, plus disbarment in the practice of law. Because he was the POTUS he did not serve time which he could have received up to 5 years.
Berger, pleaded guilty, paid fines and no longer is able to practice law.
Hsu was indicted, plead guilty and ran from serving time. Now that he is caught, he will serve the time and be indicted for his latest criminal offenses.
If Hillary becomes President she will more than likely pardon him on January 22,2009.
Isn’t that a good description of what the Democratic Party is all about.

I think Hunter's problem is Hunter. I do like the guy, have seen him in action, and he ain't no dummy. But I think he suffers from what I characterize to my friends as the "John Bolton Effect". Bolton was the right guy for the job, was dead on and took no crap, but you no doubt saw his trials and tribulations with the left and the MSM. Bolton was too correct for the post, therefore he had to go, someway, somehow. It looks that Hunter also is too "correct" the man for the job, so consequently what isn't kept buried out of sight and gets out is going to get picked apart, held up for ridicule, labeled too "extreme" and "controversial" and dismissed. Don't know if anybody else is seeing it this way, but that's how it looks to me.

At the end of an interview with Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton a short while ago, USA TODAY's Susan Page inquired about reports that former Clinton administration national security adviser Sandy Berger is advising her.

Susan asked whether Clinton has any qualms about having Berger as an unofficial adviser to her campaign, given his mishandling of sensitive, classified intelligence documents in 2003?

"He has no official role in my campaign. He's been a friend for more than 30 years. But he doesn't have any official role," Clinton said.

But he's an unofficial adviser, Susan asked?

"I have thousands of unofficial advisers," said Clinton, "and, you know, I appreciate all of that. But he has no official role in my campaign."
