DC Metroland weather report ~ Today....Cloudy skies early, then partly cloudy this afternoon. Warm. High 84F. Winds WSW at 5 to 10 mph. ~ Tonight.... Cloudy intervals. Low 63F. Winds light and variable.

You Are Not Very Worldly...Yet

You haven't really traveled the world yet, but you'll get around to it someday.
In the meantime, it couldn't hurt to broaden your perspective a little.
Try a new type of foreign food or pick up a foreign movie to watch.
You can become more worldly without a passport!

Morning Ma! Just checking in, it is 2:40 PM here and all is well.

A little chilly, not nearly as posh as the IZ, (phhhtttttt to Allegra) but okay overall. I'm borrowing a wireless connection from the building next door, so it is pretty weak and very intermittent. Maybe in a week we'll have our very own!

Who'da thought? 2 man rooms, an indoor walk to the shower and head, and possible wireless. Beats Camp Victory, at least. LOL

Hope all is well with everyone and the Canteeners are generally happy. Even Sir Tom.

You Are Very Worldly

You're an international jet setter - or pretty darn close. Maybe a cruise ship king.
And while you may feel like you have many more places to visit, retirement in three years may slow you down....
Most people live their whole lives without seeing what you've seen, or eating what you've eaten. And lived to post on Free Republic.
In fact, you're probably going to be traveling again soon. So Bon Voyage! Oh, and enjoy Afghanistan you knucklehead!
