This afternoon, I spoke with a field agent of the FBI in Los Angeles. In broad daylight, a major campaign finance fraud was committed, and no one seems to want to do anything about it. After hearing the story, I was invited to come in on Monday to speak to a field agent. I'll be there.
This is being posted in advance so that you are all aware of what is going to happen. Perhaps you can help keep their feet to the fire.
They will be shown the conciliation agreement with Hillary treasurer Andrew Grossman. He signed a conciliation agreement with the FEC who had "probable cause" to believe that $721K was deliberately hidden from three FEC reports regarding "Event 39." When Grossman was ordered to file a fourth amended report for Hillary, what did he do? On her behalf, he still refused to identify Peter Paul personally as the major donor. And, he reported on her behalf that Spiderman Stan Lee donated $225,000(page 23 of the document; page 34 of the PDF). Hillary and Lee have been given written notice that the report is false and must be corrected. No one has done anything to correct the fraud, and the conspiracy continues. The voters should have certainly been put on notice before Hillary's last Senate election in Nov. 2006.
After the FBI, I'll be stopping by the federal courthouse to deliver a package to Judge A. Howard Matz, who presided of the criminal trial of David Rosen. A complaint against Matz for judicial misconduct is being prepared. Matz made incredible statements before a word of evidence was heard.
Perhaps Judge Matz should hold in contempt someone in a US Attorney's office who withheld the "smoking gun video" while official investigations and a criminal trial were proceeding. The FEC exonerated Hillary without seeing that evidence. Then, the Senate Ethics Committee used the flawed FEC report and acquittal of Rosen to exonerate Hillary again. Even while the Republicans were in control of the Senate, they refused the offer of testimony from Peter Paul, claiming that they did a thorough investigation.
Finally, I'll pay a visit to the courtroom of Judge Aurelio Munoz, who will preside over the Paul v Clinton civil trial in Los Angeles Superior Court. During one hearing, I watched Munoz tell Peter's counsel that "Your client fled to Brazil." Munoz cannot be allowed to get away with that. In fact, after the Clintons destroyed his company, Peter left for Brazil and took his family to run his last remaining asset, a translation CD company in Brazil. He was indicted while he was there. They have claimed that he fled in December. How can that be when he voluntarily came back to this country in March 2001?
Hillary, Grossman, Kendall, Wolfson and the entire cast of liars for Hillary have so far gotten away with the greatest campaign finance fraud in history. Let's hope that enough voters learn the truth before it is too late. The press be damned that is continuing to protect her.

The old Democrats are likely conservative Democrats, like the old Republicans are also mostly conservatives. We remember what the country used to be like before those under 60 were born, and we all mourn what has happened to her due to the downward turn of education, the loss of patriotism, and the ridicule and prohibition of Christianity in God’s own country.
Doug: Don’t get caught up in a “process crime” ala Scooter Libby. Don’t give the Feds anything that can be used against you. Take a lot of Ginko-Baloba so they don’t trip you up. A slight memory lapse can turn to “lying to the FBI”. Good luck and be cautious.

While I have not followed the events that are the basis for your cause, it does appear to me that you have put an extraordinary amount of time, effort, sweat and heart into this matter and, for that, you deserve great credit. The Fed don’t have anything to use against me. I am showing them film footage, public government documents, and proof of letters from Peter Paul. I’m just showing them how to connect the dots. Don’t you think it is about time that the Department of Justice does its job?

What we really need here is a journalist or journalist who are finally willing to tell the story. We’ll see how she writes it, but I was interviewed for over a half hour a few days ago. There will be a story on Sunday in a major city newspaper. I hope it’s not another Jill Zuckman job. Many, many journalists have all the info they need to cause a great deal of grief. Let’s see who wants to win a Pulitzer and whose editor will allow it. The New York Times has continued to protect The Beast.
I sure would like to see that, but if they were truly doing their job, you wouldn't have to be doing this meeting. I'm guessing you will be telling them stuff they already know but can't/won't get a prosecutor to take up the case. We still have a lot of Clinton appointees in that realm. You may have to point out that by appearance and deed, the Clintons are a near-perfect definition of why the RICO laws are on the books. Duck, keep your head down, and look over your shoulder - and if you can do all that, see a chiropractor! ALL THE BEST!!!!

Hillary claimed in her sworn declaration that she knew nothing about the proposed business deal for Bill to go to work for Stan Lee Media. Peter was shown to be telling the truth when he answered questions about him discussing the arrangement with her. We really hope that the civil case is going to expose that false declaration turned in to the court. That is a crime.

The prosecutor is not the problem. It is the head of the Public Integrity unit who directs them to indict. Who was in charge when David Rosen was charged instead of Hillary and Grossman? Noel Hillman. Yes, the same Noel Hillman who let Sandy Berger off the hook. His reward from Bush was a federal judgeship. Hillman was actually considered for the Sam Alito seat in New Jersey. Behind the scenes, there was work being done to let people know that Hillman would not have an easy time of it and witnesses in this case were prepared to bring forward info during confirmation hearings. Hillman is no longer in consideration.
As many of you, I would like to know what is going on between the Bushes and Clintons. The Bush Justice Department should have and can still indict Hillary.
Here is another interesting question. The aggressive and tireless prosecutor who got Scooter Libby for not telling the truth about something that wasn’t a crime, was Peter Zeidenberg. Zeidenberg prosecuted David Rosen. Why did he allow the judge to call the key witness and donor a con man who was not to be believed? Why did he never call the three key witnesses -— Kelly Craighead, Peter Paul, and Aaron Tonken? Why didn’t he follow up with the right questions when Rosen was giving answers that required a willing suspension of disbelief?
The prosecution never called Hillary and never used damaging admissions made by Rosen caught with an FBI wire worn by Ray Reggie.
Zeidenberg actually said in court: “You will hear no evidence that Hillary Clinton was involved in any way, shape or form.”
The FBI is flying emergency French consultants in order to show them the most effective way of appologizing and surrendering to Mr Hillary.

Schmidt represented Gennifer Flowers when she came forward with allegations of an affair with former President Clinton. He also represented Olympic skater Tonya Harding and prostitute Divine Brown, who police found in a vehicle with actor Hugh Grant.
In a 1998 interview with The Republic, Schmidt had said that the day the scandal involving Monica Lewinsky and Clinton broke, were the opportunities he lived for. “Days like this completely rule out any thoughts of suicide,” Schmidt said.
However, Tonya Harding's name was mentioned in another segment of the news - that Nancy Kerrigan is skating tonight with her son. I was so stunned to hear their names linked that I don't know if Harding will also skate ... trying to remember the circumstances between these two.
