Soldiers from an elite Israeli unit captured nuclear material originating in North Korea from a secret Syrian military installation before IAF jets bombed it, a report by Britain's Sunday Times wrote Saturday night, quoting "informed sources in Washington and Jerusalem."

its means that maybe if could have bought ready made nukes from NK and store them in an nuclear power plant to mask the radiation signature
maybe i dont know im sure a nuke expert coudl explain better
why build something if you can buy it
we sure dont manufacture anything why would the Persians be any different
