Vince Foster had no comment.
(No, I don’t actually think Vince Foster was murdered. But I enjoy dark humor sometimes ...)

Hsu is facing up to a three years in prison after pleading no contest in 1992 to one count of grand theft for a $1 million Ponzi scheme, in which early investors are repaid with money from subsequent investors, who typically lose their funds when the scheme collapses. He is being held without bail. His attorney now says Hsu will seek to withdraw that plea and have the charge dismissed or the case brought to trial. So Hsu pleads no contest and then goes into hiding for 15 years, and now wants to change that plea to not guilty and go to trial?

Remember, the cops in Grand Junction did not put Hsu in a suicide-watch cell for a reason.

Brosnahan said today in court that while on the train, Hsu had taken large quantities of what were probably sleeping pills in a suicide attempt. What? Tynol PM?

My money says it was arkancide. Hillary is tying up some loose ends. They missed this time but they will get him the next go around.
I would not write an insurance policy on him.

Brosnahan also asked that the $2 million bail that Hsu forfeited when he skipped a Sept. 5 court date in Redwood City and boarded Amtrak's eastbound California Zephyr be returned to him.Hahahahah!!! Oh! I am crying here. This is one of the most hilarious thing I have ever heard...

Does this “botched suicide” statement mean the defense has given up the explanation that Hsu thought he was getting on BART to a light rail to the court house to surrender himself - when he discovered that he had accidentally gotten on an AmTrack cross country train headed for Chicago?
Hsu should beg the courts to lock his ass up in protective custody......to protect him from Hillary and her thugs...

Gee, he tried to off himself, what a surprise...not! I’m sure his failure will be reported to the proper authorities, you know those funny and fun guys in China who give him his orders.

This is the lawyer Hsu didn’t want present when he confessed to the FBI?
