I don’t think the other Republican candidates are going to cut him a break on this statement. If even someone like me, a seasoned citizen retired lady knows that he can’t bar Ahmanutjob fromn the U.N., Fred should know it.

If you are elected Fred, we will hold you to it, and here's kudos to you, for you would have to stay your course in the face of overwhelmingly treasonous liberal diatribe, that will traduce you and your family from all sides possible.
May God grant you the strength to stay your course on Islamofascism, the greatest threat to civilization since European fascism, greater than the Russians or Chinese would ever be, if Iran obtains strategic nuclear weapons.
Every one else with strength has folded, may you become America's King Arthur, and may you gather and keep a loyal contingent of round table warriors.

If even someone like me, a seasoned citizen retired lady knows that he cant bar Ahmanutjob fromn the U.N., Fred should know it. Couldn't the President just block him from "entering" the United States? (Not from going to the UN, but from physically entering the United States via an airport, for example?)

If Iran wants to nuke us, then they don’t even have to send Ahmadinejad... just fly in a team of nuclear technicians with a device on-board his supposed plane.

Does a U.S. president have the authority to bar a head of state from a member nation coming to the UN? Short Answer: No.
...maybe its' time the U(seless)N to move to the Third World/Switzerland....the sooner, the better. :/

The very real danger to continued American freedom is the phrase in the Constitution dealing with treaties, and the insistence of some that any treaty trumps the Bill of Rights and other Constitutional assurances.
Fortunately, the Great White Fathers in Washington have repeatedly demonstrated that treaties are binding only so long as they are convenient;ask the native American tribes like the Cherokee, formerly of Georgia and environs.

"Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, president of the world's premier terrorist state, is speaking before the United Nations next week. He has also asked to visit Ground Zero. If I were President of the United States none of this would have been an issue--I wouldn't have let him into the country in the first place. Go Fred!!!!!!!!

Nice tag.
HST’s book is a nice read these days: unfortunately, the bareknuckle bidness back then is nothing like it is now.

Does a US President have the authority to keep out a terrorist? I cannot believe people are even asking that question....get some balls people. Its time to step up... or shall we build another mosque and foot bins in airports???
To: hoosierham
“ask the native American tribes”
That was one of the examples I had in mind. Some are broken for wrong reasons.
No treaty trumps the Constitution or the sovreignty of the U.S.
