Senate Democratic leaders today called the Bush administration’s plan to keep 130,000 or more troops in Iraq through mid-2008 unacceptable and promised to challenge the approach through legislation next week.

When have they not challenged ANY of his plans for anything?
If 4000 Americans had been killed, 30000 more had been wounded, and more than $500 Billion had been spent in Bosnia, people would be asking Hillary and Bill.
No one cares about Bosnia because no one’s getting killed and wounded there.
If we had 130000 troops in Iraq and it was as peaceful as Bosnia is, no one would care about Iraq.
To compare the two doesn’t really make sense.
