Best quote from a Chronicle blogger: Bgirl wrote: "What a couple of idiots! I'm surprised the Texas fan had any testicles and even more surprised an OU fan could find them."

I'm an OU fan, and what this guy did is unconscionable, just plain stupid

I'm not suprised that these 'fans' are intimately familiar with the location of male testicles at all. I'll just bet that these college football frat boys spend long hours late at night together doing just that.

College football fans are just plain weird....

Thomas, who once lived in Houston and became a Texas fan during the heyday of star running back Earl Campbell, is still recovering from his injuries but has returned to work as a meat cutter at a Sam's Club warehouse store.

You can't make this stuff up....

Street shootings and riots in downtown Dallas on the Friday night before the game did not used to be uncommon. The city has had things under a little better control the last 10 years or so, but you’d still have to give me premium pay to get me to go to the West End that night.

Beckett, a 53-year-old church deacon, federal auditor and former Army combat veteran, has pleaded not guilty.

Investigators believe that being a federal auditor is what made him instinctively go for the balls.

I remember a couple of years ago a Green Bay Packer fan, dressed accordingly, walked into a bar on the Illinois side of the border. Police found him naked, duct taped to a stop sign, in sub-zero weather.

If he is 34 years old, he was born the same year that Campbell started at UT. Kinda early to establish football loyalty?

That's exactly what touched off a bloody skirmish that left a Texas-shirt-wearing fan nearly castrated and an Oklahoma fan facing aggravated assault charges that could put him in prison for up to five years.

What do you want to bet that neither participant ever attended UT or OU?

These losers did not even attend the colleges that they were supporting. If you didn’t go to school there, you have no business wearing their stuff.

Yeah, yeah - it's all a "good-natured" rivalry until someone's eye...wait a minute...

This is just nuts.

Okay, I get that the Sooners and ‘Horns don’t like each other, but you just can’t have people trying to pull the other team’s fans’ privates off. That’s unacceptable.

one of them is to walk into a bar wearing a Texas Longhorns T-shirt

That would never happen here in Michigan. Even U of M fans are now wearing MSU shirts.......
