Thanks for the pics. Poland, always our friend. I’m pleased to see their tributes. So sad that many places are downplaying memorials here.

What a beautiful memorial. The Poles have proven themselves to be true allies of the United States since the 1980's.

We need to pay a lot more attention to Poland.
They despise the schemes of leftists, having suffered mightily.
They like America and Americans....perhaps more than anyone else in Europe. Almost alone among Europeans, in fact.

The “added” incident plaques sure spell out the reality of the situation. It seems clear that the Poles will be adding more of those to the monument.

I guess I’ll be seeing that monument when I go to Europe to see Iron Maiden in a few countries.

What a haunting and thought-provoking memorial.
There is so much to admire about Poland. Wonderful people and a wonderful place. I’m thinking that I should visit there someday.

The Phoenix, AZ 9/11 memorial, which includes a star and crescent (but no cross), and referrences to retaliatory attacks against American citizens of Arab descent, and US military bombings of noncombatants in Islamic countries.
