Look, we here on Free Republic follow all the ins and outs of politics. Most people don’t. Let’s get someone like Fred on our ticket to attract even the non-political people. Let’s make sure Hunter is his vice president. That is one helluva, once in a lifetime ticket. It beats Hillary or Obama right out of the gate.
LOL! You are barking up the wrong tree on this thread, honey. Give it up. :)
Okee Dokee.
Best of luck.

But I do have to ask ... What do you have against Vice President? Dick Cheney has done pretty well!
I like most of the Paul supporters on FR, they are issue oriented and seldom nasty, at least to me. They have this idea of Paul and it is obvious from tonight he is not who they think he is. Tonight, you couldn’t have fit a piece of paper in between he and Kucinich, they are that close.
I am done with him, I hope his supporters are as well and that they will join up with the Hunter team on the way to the WH.
HAHAHA!
Thank you so much for the ping.
LMAO too funny
FYI: Duncan Hunter will be on the Terry Anderson show this Sunday!

YES! I better make a note of that.
If only conservatives would do their RESEARCH, as you and others do, they would realize Hunter is THE best candidate we’ve had since Ronald Reagan.
DUNCAN HUNTER’S DEBATE GAME PLAN:
I saw this on Fox News before the debate.
I just really love the people that come on a thread and demand that people vote their way or else. Thanks to you, as far as I’m concerned, Thompson can go to hell.
I’m done with Paul too. I’ve defended him many times but no more. I’m convinced that he’d be no better at defending us before or after an attack than a democrat.
Plus with the Hunter/Thompson ticket you might even get a few percentage of votes from the old graying hippies with memory loss!
YAWN.
Yes... screeching like fingernails on a chalkboard to me... I could live with him till he went into his diatribe against the war, then... Sheesh, mute that awful thing... LOL!
I did not get to watch it, but I did read the transcript. I thought Hunter did well, but I’m not sure he did anything to stand out from the crowd. Unfortunately, the three front runners once again were devoted the most amount of time. Ron Paul’s answers regarding the war and 9/11 infuriated me. He reminds me of a crazy relative that escaped from the nut house. I could never see myself casting a vote his way.
I don’t know anything about Fred Thompson other than he was a senator for a few years. (what state if he from?), and I have never watched any tv shows he is on. I know very little about him. Apparently, as you stated, he is “folksy”?. That’s not good enough.
Hunter has many years experience in government. And he has insider knowledge of the kind that we need right now. Being on the Armed Service Committee for many years puts him in a position that makes him uniquely qualified for the job to lead us against the battle of our time. This is not a time for fluff. From what little I see of Thompson, I can only see fluff. Hunter is solid. He is forthright, he is upfront and honest. He has served his country in war and in peace. He has many many accomplishments as a congressman. Thompson is a diva waiting to make his entrance. We don’t need a diva - we need a serious man for a serious job.
