I hope their “civil rights” were not violated.
There needs to be an investigation into whether their privacy was violated with warrantless wiretaps.

Does the Federal Republic of Germany have a Federal Constitution that limits government as our does? Methinks not. From what I remember of the Poleizi (sp?) back during my active duty days, the rubber hose was standard patrol car issue.
