As the wife of a retired Marine, I have tears of respect and admiration in my eyes over the photos of our President with his troops.

And the liberals call him a coward. Can you imagine our President’s courage in going into a combat zone like that just to show appreciation to his soldiers, marines, and airmen.

Just the other day a plane carrying some senators was fired on taking off from the Baghdad airport. That was the kind of danger our President was willing to endure for the benefit of his troops.

This man has a lot of courage...not only to go into a combat zone....but, he also has the courage of his convictions. Despite the names that the media and Dims repeatedly call him.....and despite some in his own Party who follow polls vs convictions.....our good President does what he believes is good for our country.
Even if not in agreement with all of his policies, one should recognize this man has integrity and courage. IMHO, that’s why so many of us voted for him (seems some have forgotten) and that’s why this American would vote for him again...if only possible. God bless President Bush.

This was my first post and I did not do it very well, did I? I meant to reply to the fabulous daily photos which so many of you initiate... especially snugs. I well up and get tearful when I see the respect and admiration our President has with and for our fine men and women.

He’s such a great President...and there are those here at FR...that I consider blind to how wonderful he is and what he’s done for this country...in fact, it burns me up!!! You did good!! I can not be on the computer very much right now. I got a cortisone shot in my wrist this morning and boy does it hurt since the stuff wore off that he froze the skin with. Think I will go back to bed!!!
