The appellate hearing on Sept. 7 is about bringing her back in as a defendant to join her husband. His trial date had already been set for March 27, 2007, but Peter wanted a shot to bring her back as a defendant.

Well, if trial Judge Aurelio Munoz has anything to say about it, she will testify. I was in the courtroom when he said: I will entertain no motion that prevents Mrs. Clinton from testifying..........did you hear that, Mr. Kendall.

Yes, Hillary may try her I don’t remember nonsense. We think that it is going to be shown that her sworn declaration was perjury. Unfortunately for her, Peter has several hours of home video of her. No one has ever had that before.

It might be fun to call certain newspapers on the phone and ask for a specific person or the newsroom. As them if they someone covering the Paul versus Clinton appellate hearing in Los Angeles on Sept. 7. Ask if they have reported that a demand has been made to Hillary’s office to return more illegal donations. Ask them if they are going to report that Hillary is soon going to be under oath. Phone calls work better than a blind fax. Talk to a human and get that person’s email.
