Yes, but weather is the localized phenomena of the climate of a region and that also depends on the geography of that region. This is why the U.S. is the tornado capital of the world.

My intent was to point out that GW proponents use “weather” to support their conclusions but decry those who use weather to scuttle those very same conclusions.
