Police Say Murder Suspect Would Have Killed Again

(CBS 42) AUSTIN Investigators are learning more about the man accused of taking part in a multi-state killing spree.

Paul Devoe III was taken into custody by federal authorities in New York Monday and made his first court appearance Tuesday.

It seems with each new day comes new information about the victims and the suspect. While state officials are trying to extradite Devoe back to Texas to face murder charges, police investigators are continuning to build their cases against him

While those who knew the two youngest victims, Haylie Faulkner and Danielle Hensley, struggle to understand how something so tragic could happen.

Tuesday at a briefing with the media, authorities said Devoe may have shot at even more people than the six he is believed to have murdered in Texas and Pennsylvania. Authorities stated that those shots may have just missed their intended target. Investigators say they feel confident there would have been even more victims.

I don’t think anybody is suggesting that there are no home grown and white killers. I think the point is that we have our hands full enough with them and don’t need killers, perverts, and slime coming from other countries to add to the problem.
