We've received many requests from freepers requesting that other freepers not post to them. There are several problems with this.
1. It's impossible for us to enforce.
2. We don't have the time to enforce these requests.
3. We don't have the software to keep track of these requests.
4. Thick skin helps.
5. Ignore the poster, if you don't reply, they won't reply.
Free Republic does not need a bozo filter, bozo filters are for wimps.
Final note: Trolls, troublemakers, disruptors, forum pests, malcontents, RINOs, liberals, stalkers, et al, would continue posting to (harassing) someone after being asked to stop. Conservative FReepers would not.

The only moving equipment in that animation is the people-moving conveyor belt in front of my ledge.
I've ridden one. It was a fun and interesting experience. The belt, with handles and step platforms, came up at a constant speed from a hole in the floor of the factory.
Grab the handle, step on the platform, and up you go! When you get to the appropriate floor, step off.
Hint: Don't try for the round trip. On the way down, you're supposed to stand on the other side of the platform.

Well, that was confusing.
I think I’ll go take a large pile of vitamins and see if the brain-fog clears, since going back to bed isn’t a choice.
Darn these nargles ...

The reference was to the
animated graphic in Post 1678.
You can string that image together to fill up the screen, which makes for even more confusion!

I saw the graphic, but it made me dizzy and I had to take my glasses off.
Now that I think about it, this brain-fog may really be dirty glasses! I think I’ll go wash them.

Morning, ‘Face.
I won’t ask if you’ve behaving yourself lately. I know you too well.

" if youve been behaving yourself Now how did that word disappear altogether?
It usually comes out as "ben" and I have to go back and add a letter, but I've never had it be missing four letters before.
Caffeine deficiency, definitely.

There’s no point in misbehaving if there’s nobody around to appreciate it.

And cats are not an appreciative audience. They just say, “Meep!” in a bored way and lie down on the clean laundry.
Ah, there’s a hummingbird at my window. I thought they might not come back after we were gone last week and they ran out of sugar-water, but I guess they’re loading up to migrate soon.
Vlad loves to watch them: “Humbird! Cheep!”

Vlad loves to watch them: Humbird! Cheep! It's cheep entertainment. I'm worried, though. It might contribute to his having a short attention span.

I saw one yesterday, and that’s the first one I’ve seen in this neighborhood. Since we’re on a migration path for them, I may invest in a feeder for spring.

LOL, Bob.
We have a feeder that attaches to the window, and they come right up and CHEEP at us if it’s empty. Mean little things.

One of my neighbors in TX had a feeder, and there were 16 that came regularly. The males were really aggressive. I don’t doubt they could inflict real injury, if they had a mind to.

They could run right into your head and knock you unconscious :-).
They do collide with each other sometimes.
