Many of you know that I help organize the Duncan Hunter "meetup" group(s). I decided to peek in at the "competition" and found it very interesting that Ron Paul supporters are being urged to attend the MoveOn.org rally....
http://ronpaul.meetup.com/1/boards/view/viewthread?thread=3421862
I post this because I know there are a lot of folks on FR that support Ron Paul.. I just wonder if you are participating in this effort.. or what you think about this whole business of catering to MoveOn.org
.... quote from an active Ron Paul supporter
Somebody posted a thread concerning moveon, and letting their members know about Ron Paul. As a member of moveon.org, I received today an invitation to create an anti-war rally on August 28th. They will be doing rallies all across the nation on that day. We should invade this event. During the rally, bring anti-war stickers, signs, and flags -- and also Ron Paul signs. Introduce moveon members to Ron Paul, the REAL anti-war candidate! Anti-war people will ask about Ron Paul and be introduced to him on that day. Don't be rude, just gently introduce people to the peace candidate. Moveon.org is well cordinated, so if enough of our people show up at their rallies, we might be able to convert a huge number of people.
I have already created a moveon.org anti-war rally, on the 28th at 7pm, right outisde of the West Covina Mall. Please, everybody who can in this group, COME. It's on the corner of Vincent and Plaza Drive in West Covina.

So dont call me a troll, weenie.
So the debate has been elevated to the I'm-not-you-are level? What a surprise. LOL.
So dont call me a troll, weenie.
But I didn't call you a troll in my post. Apparently, you saw yourself in the description of trolls living under bridges. It sounds to me like you're accusing yourself of something here.

Sgt. Sanders indicates thousands of RP supporters. He thinks we'll have quite a number of these videos from active-duty combat troops and vets supporting Ron Paul before long.
Gee, imagine the meltdown here among the deniers and Paul-bashers. My expectation is they'll have to be forced to actually attacking our own combat troops in Iraq at that juncture. It should be newsworthy.

Are you, like the Paulistinean I was talking with last night, using drugs? He admitted it. Are you?
No, your posts are quite psychedelic enough to give old hippies bad flashbacks to the Sixties.
So where is this RP supporter that you say told you he was using drugs? Something we can verify here at the forum? Or are we expected to take the word of a man of such unbiased integrity as you have shown yourself to be on these Ron Paul threads?

This is like a grievous premeditated personal sin
What you have written, GW, is so plain and simple. I don't understand how many seem to miss it.
It would make me an accessory to a crime.
Giuliani will lose for the Republicans. He will be the end of conservatism in the republican party.

If America is no better than to provide the choice between Hillary & Rudi, then that is evidence that America is under God’s judgment.

The thread was not started by a Paul supporter....but another “government parasite” (as you’d put it) who’s busy protecting your backside in Iraq.

Since when is the pro-war position Conservative? Interventionism is a product of leftist internationalism. Trotskyism and Leninism believe in the use of force to spread ideologies. Most wars in the US were started by Democrats. Ron Paul was against this war from the beginning because it was unconstitutional and started on a false premise. A conservative wants to preserve the consitution and our national tradition, not to start reckless wars that have nothing to do with our national interest. The “cut and run” stinking herring is a desperate tactic. Not an argument.
To: Extremely Extreme Extremist
Oh,so it is “semantics” — and I agree, that is all it is — when it suits you to justify Paul’s vote for action in Afghanistan. But when it comes to Iraq, suddenly it is not mere semantics and it was the principled decision not to support it? Is that about the size of it? LOL!
To: George W. Bush
With your powers of reasoning, where you post to me with a comment about trolls, and then play stupid, it’s not surprising that you’re a Paulistinean. Post #715 explains the martian reference. But you are a weenie. You use the president’s name as your screen name and then you try to undermine him and the war with Ron Paul’s pro-al Qaeda propaganda makes you a weenie.

They don't have spiritual lives. I know, I was once like them until God had mercy on my heart of unbelief.
It would make me an accessory to a crime.
So true. It's a matter of conscience. That which scares us most about Hitlery is exactly the same as what Giuliani has fought for, often hand in hand with Dims as radical or more radical than the Hildebeastie herself. And they think they're going to dialog us into placing our blessing on such a candidate?

100% of the tamping down of radical islam thru the ages (5 crusades over 1100 years, I believe) happened before 1776, before we were even a nation. It’s just that time again. Except this time islam is megabonzojillionaires with our oil money.

Our troops are not parasites nor did I ever say or imply it. For that matter, our president and Congress are not parasites. All of these are legitimate. But government parasites who staff bloated federal agencies, especially those agencies not authorized constitutionally or created as a tool of Leftist social policy (DoEd) are quite obviously what I called them: government parasites.
Or are you just one of them? I'm not.

Perhaps because I'd discover that you're being willfully dishonest? That's my expectation, given your posts on these threads.
