Breaking news for you, FReepers. In this sworn declaration presented to Judge Aurelio Munoz in Los Angeles Superior Court on April 7, 2006, Hillary Clinton declared that she knew of no arrangement for her husband to work for Peter Paul's company, Stan Lee Media. Well, what a surprise. She lied. Perhaps Robert Ray would call it being "factually innacurate." That is how he described her testimony before the grand jury when she was first lady.
In connection with a film about Hillary that is currently in production, (not our documentary film), Peter was on camera today taking a polygraph test. The test was administered by a man who was trained by the Department of Defense for the Postal Inspector's Office. That is the premier training available.
Peter passed with flying colors. Despite Hillary's denials, Peter was shown to be telling the truth about the Spago luncheon in which he discussed his plans to support her campaign if Bill would come aboard Stan Lee Media.
He passed when he said he discussed it with her at the Streisand brunch on Aug. 12, 2000, the day after the Hollywood Gala. He passed when he said that he discussed it with Bill at length at the Gala.
Okay, Hillary, it is your turn. Take a polygraph from the same man. Peter has told the truth all along. Your sworn declaration to the court was false.
Let's get ready to roll. Hillary Clinton has been lying all along. She has done it under oath. She participated in destroying Stan Lee Media and directed the greatest campaign finance fraud in history. We have her on tape in the solicitation and coordination of an illegal $1.6 million hard money, in-kind donation. With your help and the help of the armada of bloggers, the Truth Boating Hillary is going into high gear.
Hillary, dear, they finally got Al Capone on tax evasion. Your time is almost up.
Hope Peter Paul has a good bodyguard service. People in the way of Clinton ambition have been known to wind up dead.
That’s some alliteration.
That said, I don’t put faith in polygraph tests.
Polygraph, the machine that would put alot of trial lawyers out of business.
If it lasts longer than four hours, see your Doctor
I hope something positive happens but I’m also a realist - been listening to this stuff since George Putnam/Larry Nichols/Whitewater days.
Of course Hillary's a liar, and probably guilty in this case based on the evidence I've seen you present over the last several months on FR. As far as her taking a polygraph goes: when frozen hell is swarmed with flying pigs.
“Hillary, dear, they finally got Al Capone on tax evasion. Your time is almost up.”
Just make sure that wishful thinking doesn’t turn into fact in your mind....
Has anyone (and I don't care which party) been convicted and sentenced to jail for the same or a lesser offense that Hillary allegedly did? I only say that because she hasn't been convicted in court yet
Forgive me for not getting excited here but Hillary is a political survivor that keeps on going...
But did Peter Paul pass the polygraph while picking a peck of pickled peppers?
Is there a news blackout on this? Can’t find it on the news yet.
There have been many cases where employees were told by the boss to give $2,000 to a campaign and they would be reimbursed. People have been caught and convicted.
Keep the pressure on Hillary DFU, even if it distracts her only a little from her quest to rule us mere peasants in her new world order, she might slip up even bigger
Neither does the law—disappointingly, in this case.
He should stay off airplanes and away from parks from now on.
They are not going to report it yet. I already spoke with a mainstream media reporter with whom I am working. They need confirmation from the polyographer. The producers of the film are not going to let that happen until the film debuts. For now, you have my report after discussing it with Peter on the phone.
The value of a polygraph lies more in a person's willingness (or unwillingness) to take one than in the results. Paul was willing to take one. That says a lot. He passed with flying colors. That says even more.
Hillary is not even willing to be asked about these incidents by the press, much less submit to a polygraph.
Fieger Charged in Campaign Finance Probe

(08-24) 10:51 PDT DETROIT (AP) —
Attorney Geoffrey Fieger, best known for representing assisted suicide advocate Jack Kevorkian, was indicted on charges of conspiring to make more than $125,000 in illegal contributions to the 2004 presidential campaign of Democrat John Edwards.
The indictment was returned Tuesday and unsealed Friday. It names both Fieger and Vernon Johnson, a partner in Fieger’s Southfield-based law firm.
A message seeking comment from Fieger and Johnson was not immediately returned.
The indictment claims that Fieger, 56, of Bloomfield Hills, and Johnson, 45, of Birmingham, recruited 60 people, known as straw donors, to make contributions in the then-maximum allowable amount of $2,000 per donor to the Edwards campaign. The contributions actually came from Fieger’s firm, the indictment says.
The U.S. attorney’s office in Detroit said that campaign officials for Edwards, then a U.S. senator, weren’t aware of the alleged actions, and that Edwards and his campaign staff cooperated fully with the investigation.
Fieger has maintained he had nothing to do with his staff’s financial support for Edwards.
Federal agents raided his Southfield offices in 2005, taking payroll and other financial documents, as well as ticket stubs for a fundraiser for Edwards and other campaign materials.
The indictment says the conspiracy stretched from March 2003 to January 2004. It also claims Fieger tried to obstruct the grand jury’s investigation by trying to shift responsibility for the contributions to a deceased officer of the Fieger firm and feeding grand jury witnesses false information.
A court appearance for Fieger and Johnson wasn’t immediately scheduled, said Gina Balaya, a spokeswoman for the U.S. attorney’s office.
Fieger is known for his flamboyant courtroom style and outspokenness, notably in his former role as attorney for Kevorkian. The assisted suicide advocate claimed to have attended more than 130 deaths before being convicted of second-degree murder in 1999.
Fieger also ran for governor as a Democrat in 1998, losing to incumbent Republican John Engler.
