That said, I don’t put faith in polygraph tests.
Neither does the law—disappointingly, in this case.
The value of a polygraph lies more in a person's willingness (or unwillingness) to take one than in the results. Paul was willing to take one. That says a lot. He passed with flying colors. That says even more.
Hillary is not even willing to be asked about these incidents by the press, much less submit to a polygraph.
Polygraph tests are only as good as the Polygraph Examiner.
As in all tests it is imperative to have a second opinion when it comes to Polygraph examinations.
