Thank goodness!

I’ve heard that the 83rd minute is the toughest.

I have never heard of her. Suppose she’s some singer or actress.

If so it shows once again the double standard, or is it triple standard in US “justice”?

What a joke.

I have never heard of her.

She's famous for being famous. ;)

And partially for being Lionel Ritchie's daughter - and Paris Hilton's off-and-on best friend.

82 minutes!! Oh the humanity! Why I am shocked, dismayed and discombobulated at such terrible treatment. ;o)

I had a dream last night that lasted at least that long.

Poor dear.

Hey, that’s 83 minutes more than Sandy Burglar, famous Washington foreign policy expert and sometime thief.

I'm sure Paris and Nicole will be getting together soon to compare notes for "A Simple Life." "A Week Behind Bars."

Sickening, just as was the Lindsay Lohan ‘sentence’.

A regular person would have been in jail for months, at a minimum. There should be review of these sentences, and the judges censured or removed.

And she's pregnant too, my guess is that LA County didn't want a knocked up celeb in their jail for long...

Nicole Richie was released from jail Thursday after serving 82 minutes of a four-day sentence for driving under the influence of drugs.

And by that time, her fan base had already forgotten who she was.

Her only fan base is the paparazzi and they won’t forget her anytime soon. She’s Lionel Richie’s daugther, BFF to Paris, and her baby daddy is in a rock band. They see lots of potential in her to do something stupid again.
