Zazue said U.S. violated international deportation accords by sending Arellano back to Mexico by denying her access to the Mexican Consulate in Los Angeles prior to her deportation.

It’s amazing, isn’t it, that there are so many people that don’t see what’s wrong with this.
Can you imagine us throwing a temper tantrum with another country because they might not want an American living there?

She had her day in court and was ordered to be deported. She defied that order of the court and when she was apprehended her expulsion was automatic.
Mexico needs to pay attention to their own country and keep their collective noses out of our affairs. If you are so worried about your citizens then take them back home where they belong!!!!

It simply never occurred to me that I had an automatic right to immigrate to any other country without their consent.

Hey Mexican Sen. Humberto Zazue, I would like to thank you for making a stink over this. If you want a stink, we’ll be more than willing to ablige you.
It’s high time the U.S. explained to Mexico what side it’s bread is buttered on these days.
If it’s time to send the illegals home, and I believe it is way beyond the proper time, then perhaps we should send them off from the border with an AK-47, plenty of shells and a road map to the capital.
If Mexico’s leadership can’t pull it’s head out of its -—, and make improvements for it’s own people, then it’s time for those who are dirt poor to take desiny into their own hands.
Mexican citizens, please realize we mean you no ill will, but the solutions to your problems rest far south of the border between your country and the United States.
You’re the ones who have the numbers to force change. You’ve proven that. Now get off your duffs and head in the right direction this time.

Let's keep the Mexican Senate very busy. Send a few thousand illegals back ASAP. Letting them focus on one criminal allows them demagoguery in the press. Why should we be concerned with giving illegal aliens access to the Mexican consulate? They are here illegally and didn't ask our permission to illegally enter our country. They deserve no consideration on the way back.

Considering that the Mexican government encourages and aids its citizens in crossing the U.S.-Mexico border, in flagrant violation of U.S. law...and it's done on an official basis!
Sounds like an invasion, eh? An act of war, perhaps?
Where are Black Jack Pershing and Winfield Scott when we need them!

Any country that works to undermine our rule of law is not a friend of ours.

In my opinion, Ms. Arellano left her son here to further her cause.

"We cannot remain quiet in view of this injustice and must ask for firm action from our authorities," So they're going to stop oppressing her?

It goes much deeper than that. It would be more like an American who entered illegally, had an anchor baby and then defied the authorities and sovereignty of the country. Then the US congress said, essentially, “how dare they have rules for immigration!”
This child is going to be used as a political football and I have to question what kind of mother could leave her child in another country. This all about politics and the child should be sent to mom and we should stop rewarding people for illegally invading our country.
I can’t come up with words to describe what the Mexican legislature is doing, it defies description and involves an arrogance and hubris that could only lead me, as a an American citizen, to believe that we must have lost a war somewhere along the way, and I missed it. :)

Maybe the Mexican Government will ‘punish’ us by stopping so many of their people from illegally crossing our border?
What we really need do is implement their immigration laws, especially where their citizens here illegally are concerned.
Hey, if it’s good enough for Mexico, it should be good enough for illegal immigrants here.

Well there’s and idea. Treat them all under Mexico’s immigration laws. They wouldn’t even have a chance to complain.

Watch for the corrupt Tijuana police to get the word from on high, and to plant evidence, bust, and incarcerate in some filthy jail some innocent American tourists in retribution.
They may well be up to it.
Now would NOT be a time to travel sur de la frontera for a little weekend getaway, I would imagine.

That being the case, I would encourage the TJ police to send the wayward criminal Gringo back home....deport them...throw them back into the U.S....
They don’t have to put up with criminal conduct from a bunch of illegal immigrants from America....
