Bush denies planning for a superstate

MONTEBELLO, Quebec — President Bush and the leaders of Canada and Mexico yesterday ridiculed the notion that their countries are conspiring to create a regional supergovernment similar to the European Union.

"I'm amused by the difference between what actually takes place in the meetings and by what some are trying to say takes place," said Mr. Bush, responding to concerns raised by conservative and liberal groups and some U.S. lawmakers.

"It's quite comical actually, to realize the difference between reality and what some people on TV are talking about."

Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper joked that a superhighway rumored to be in the works linking the three countries could also be "interplanetary."

They’re so “open” about what they’re doing in these meetings that they have to have police on the scene keeping people away from even knowing who’s coming and going....I believe by 28 miles away from the meeting site.

Legitimate conservative organizations are not allowed near the “transparent” meetings they are having.

Bush is a fraud.

No. But you can expect all the breathless CT types to show up and give you all the reasons that it can’t be disproven which is what they consider proof that it is true. They also believe that the Queen of England, the Bilderbergers and Colonel Sanders ran an international drug cartel....
You can’t argue with them because anything that tends to disprove the theory becomes part of the conspiracy.

All big international meetings have what feels like excessive security. You should see the world economic forum.

Isn't this "rumored" superhighway already under construction?

>>Judicial Watch Files Lawsuit Seeking Access to Security and Prosperity Partnership Advisory Group Meetings and Records<<

That pretty much follows the Cheney Energy policy argument - that Executive branch is entitled to prepare for legislation or trade agreements with confidential advice.

I’m not a big fan but I see the consistency of the argument.

No, but when the latest fad conspiracy doesn’t pan out, they move on to the next one.

The conspirazoids I know and read do that regularly, lol.

If Bush denied it, it must be true.

But then:

Canda won't want it because they think their better than USA and Mexico.

Mexico won't want because they think their better than Canada and USA

USA won't want it because we ARE better than Mexico and Canada.

...this idea is any way possible?

I'd say the only ones who might really believe it are Rosy O'Donnell and Tancredo, but anyone else who seems to be buying into it is just trying to stir the mud and confuse people before the 2008 elections.

LOL. That reminds me of Hitchiker’s Guide to the Galaxy. “Your planet has been scheduled to be destroyed to make room for an intergalactic superhighway. The plans have been on display on the planet Alpha Centauri. If you can’t be bothered to show enough interest to file a complaint, then I have no pity for you”.

This is the PLANNED highway. Before it is built, they make plans. Part of their plans are KELOing American citizens' land and homes.

Bush Administration Quietly Plans NAFTA Super Highway
by Jerome R. Corsi

Quietly but systematically, the Bush Administration is advancing the plan to build a huge NAFTA Super Highway, four football-fields-wide, through the heart of the U.S. along Interstate 35, from the Mexican border at Laredo, Tex., to the Canadian border north of Duluth, Minn.

[snip]

You can google to find thousands of other articles regarding the naftasuperhighway plans, or go to the conservative Eagle Forum's website where there are more articles straight from governmental entities, including NASCO CORRIDOR.COM, Departments of Transportation and Kansas City Smart Port.
