Yet another biologically based gender difference. That statement about why men don't think about color is hilarious.

Homos too.

If what I just wrote made you sad or angry,
it was probably just a joke.

“For men, thinking about colors was less important because as hunters they just needed to spot something dark and shoot it, Hurlbert said.”

That WOULD be hilarious if the guy who said it hadn’t actually believed it. Now it’s just sad.

Did they survey Rosie O’Donnell, Martina Navratilova, or K.D. Lang?

Evolution can explain color preferences, too? *Roll eyes*

Is there ANYTHING it can’t do?

“Boys like blue, girls like pink and there isn’t much anybody can do about it”

NAG’s feminazi’s aren’t going to like this!

Researchers said these differences may have a basis in evolution in which females developed a preference for reddish colors associated with riper fruit and healthier faces.

That describes a red, ripe apple to a T.

Garden of Eden, anyone?

:)

Hmmm. This ignores the fact that men like red very much, which is why women wear red lipstick. Red lips make men subconsciously think about other red lip-like things found, um, further down. Those "things" get red when a woman is um, aroused (for those of you [mainly lib men] that can't get a date).

Everybody knows a man will dunk his doughnut in rotten grape juice if that’s the only thing close by.

Pink it was love at first sight
Pink when I turn out the light
Pink it’s like red but not quite
And I think everything is going to be all right
No matter what we do tonight

Pink as the sheets that we lay on
Pimk is my favorite crayon...

I am a guy, and I Love pink...

Sorry. I guess I am an anomaly (sp?). I DO NOT LIKE PINK! I LIKE BLUE! My mother liked pink, and lots of flowers. I am just totally turned off on both. But my daughter takes after my mom.

Well, we all know that can’t be true. ;)

I propose a bill to eliminate wasteful studies on insanely obvious topics!

What's next? "Studies show women have more breasts than men."

Well, another reason I’m weird. I like blues best, overall.

Although I do like pink. And lots of colors, unless they are the “barf” shades.
