FBI searching for two suspicious ferry passengers

The FBI is asking for the public's help two identify two men who have been seen acting strangely aboard Washington State ferries recently.
According to federal agents, passengers have seen the men on several occasions exhibiting unusual behavior. The FBI did not say precisely what that unusual behavior entailed.
Anyone who knows the men or there whereabouts are asked to call the FBI at (206) 622-0460.

People have reported seeing them taking pics at waist length of hallways, entrance and exit doors and outside of corporate buildings.

The Bainbridge ferry, my link to Seattle, sometimes has tCoast Guard patrol boats alongside. Not very comforting, because what could they do?

There was a THIRD man with them, but he made this face when the camera was turned on him...
One of them reportedly dropped this picure...
The other fellow was heard to say; "What a lovely baby you have!"
There would have probably been more pictures taken,
but the camera holder was apparently threatened,
as this security cam shot clearly shows:

I guarantee they won't be seen on the frickin' ferries anymore after that! If we had proactive citizenry in Seattle, they would have followed them back to their place and either called the FBI, or taken the law into their own hands.

This has been the topic the last hour on Seattle’s 710 KIRO Radio. Get this - The Seattle PI “chose” to run the story without the photos. Their reason was a crime has not been committed so showing photos is not warranted.
At some point the media has to take a little responsibility. If a ferry is blown up they will be the first to blame the FBI and the Terrorism Task Force for not connecting the dots and protecting us.
