That's right. All those horrible Christians beheading teenagers because of premarital sex...
How about the circumcision of young girls by your muslim buddies Ammanpour?
Didn’t read anything in their website about stoning or beheading.
Yep, they are just demonstrating the moral equivalence.
Rosie O’Donnell said that radical Christianity is just as dangerous as radical Islam. I’m sure she will approve of this series.
To counteract this nonsense, buy and read the book by Robert Spencer: Religion of Peace? Why ....
The left has been saying that Christianity = terrorism.
I suppose it’s impossible for a leftist to see the difference between Christianity and the underlying philosophy that drives the cult of death.
Trying to remember the last time a Christian girl was stoned to death for riding in a car with a boy she wasn’t married to...
According to CNN and other liberals, everybody is the Taliban except for the Taliban.
So the Christian activists have blown up ancient statues, stoned women, imposed clothing restrictions, imposed personal grooming standards, etc? Yeah right. hahaha
I knew it was supposed to be a post-apocalypse story with the US suffering terrorist nuclear attacks. Of course, in the one show I watched, the villainous terrorists were comprised partially of right-wing religious types.
More of the same. If we were more like our Islamic counter-types, we'd be rioting.
Well said! That really sums up the lib media for me...
The answer to that question should have been "Do you mean apart from the blatantly obvious difference that we encourage modest dress while the Taliban forces girls out of schools and beats women for daring to deviate from the prescribed burqas and executes women for a variety of non-offenses? Because if you are asking about differences beyond those blatantly obvious ones we might not have time to get to the rest of your questions?"
Hey, as long as they balance it out with video of babies getting their brains sucked out and limbs being ripped off, I'm all for it.
>>The preview also juxtaposed clips from the Falwell interview with file footage of the bombing at a Birmingham, Alabama abortion clinic in 1998, and other attacks on abortionists from the 1990s that, in Amanpour’s words, were conducted by “radical opponents [who] had long waged their holy war against abortion clinics,” which also “terrified many women.”
Amanpour also claimed that this violence “not only frightened a number of abortion clinics into closing, it also caused a public backlash,” presumably against the wider pro-life movement, which is a debatable claim, given the continued viability of the pro-life movement. It is not clear from this preview whether Amanpour mentions in her documentary the fact that all mainstream pro-life leaders and organizations have repeatedly condemned violence against abortion providers.<<
I was with five miles of three of those bombings. they were sheer terrorism of the worst kind.
The difference is that 99% of Christians were horrified and turned against any support for that kind of thing and help to find and stop further such actions.
If the first suicide bombing had been met by the Muslim world with the attitude of “never again in our names” CNN would have a better argument.
Perhaps someone should ask Amanpour “Who is cutting off heads and who insists on the ‘right’ to stick scissors into the skulls of babies?”
Now, just who equates to Islamic extremists?
Christiane Amanpour, is the white dog turd of cable news.
Christian-bashing from CNN and their favorite America-hater.
Never forget that MR. Amanpour is Mr.Rubin who was Clinton’s asst. Secy of STATE!!
