LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton cites her experience as a compelling reason voters should make her president, but nearly 2 million pages of documents covering her White House years are locked up in a building here, obscuring a large swath of her record as first lady.

Hitlery is a crook.
She was not the president; in fact she was not an employee of the United States in any way -- why should her documents be subject to those rules?
You mean covering up her sh__?
A cunning runt who wants to be President that says she’ll be tough on terrorists yet she can’t even face a Fox News reporter..........gheeesh.
Doom on all things Clintonista !
Anyone who locks records when they are running for office, has a lot to hide. Don’t fall for it. End it now. Shame her.
People should flood the liebrary with Freedom of Information requests. File enough and the documents should be released. But we’re talking abou the klintons and their quest for power should be paramount. To he!! with the rest of us.
Since she’s already been co-president, that should rule this quest for more power null and void. According to the Constitution, no one can hold the office of president any more than ten years. She already had eight. Nuff said.
At the Clinton library overlooking the Arkansas River, federal archivists clad in protective smocks are sorting through 80 million pages of records and another 20 million e-mails from a Clinton presidency that ended in January 2001.<<<<<<<<<<<<<
I’d be making sure I was wearing suitable HazMat gear to sort through anything belonging to that bunch.
Thanks for the ping!
The only reason that comes to mind as to why someone wants to hide his records is that he has something to hide. I suspect that Hillary is afraid that the truth will come out. She isn’t truthworthy.
She has a lot to hide.

Thanks very much for the ping.

Could you link (or post a url) for that helpful information you posted? Thanks.
I too heard "executive privilege" invoked in another article, and thought huh, how does that work?
Then I vaguely remembered that President Slick might've conferred executive status on Hillary for the purposes of her "health care task force."
(But I get the impression the lock-up covers more of her records than just the task force.)
Also, remember that Hillary grabbed AlGore's office space away from him in the West Wing, as BJ was inaugurated (at least, the office that would traditionally have gone to the VP). First Ladies up to that point had operated out of the East Wing -- but not Hillary, the first co-president!
Could there be a bizarre interpretation of the executive privilege act that extends its...uh...penumbra to cover all workers in the West Wing -- simply because they work in the West Wing?
Sorry I don’t have the link, but if you google “Presidential Records Act” it will take you to the whole thing.
Whatever happened to, “Sunshine is the best disinfectant”?
