We are asking prayer for safety,well-being and release of the Korean hostages from Taliban terrorists. 2-3 of the hostages have been murdered! Negotiations for release are political, so the process is slow and painful. Please pray for families involved waiting for their loved ones. Thank You for your prayerful support. Hebrews 13:3..Remember the prisoners as if chained with them, and those who are mistreated, since you yourselves are in the body also.

I thank God for these South Korean Christians who answered the call of King Jesus to take the Gospel to those who are bound in the darkness of sin. They have followed the example of their Lord and King and the early church in that they do not count their lives dear to themselves but are willing to die that others might live eternally. I pray that God may grant the eyes of our hearts to be opened they we may have a fire and zeal for the Glory of God that no government or earthly kingdom would be able to withstand. I pray that God would awaken America one more time that it may be said that “These who have turned the world upside down have come here too” Acts 17:6. There are over 3 Billion people who have not heard the name “Jesus” Lets pray that God will raise up an army of disciples of Jesus who will go just has our Korean brothers & sisters have, to raise the banner of King Jesus to all the nations. “May the Lamb that was slain receive the reward of His suffering”.

Thank you for the link , my Sister! There is an article just below the story speaking of the release of the ill hostages that is dated 8-12-07. It states that the Taliban have reneged on a promise to release the two sick Korean missionaries.They are not free yet from their captors.

Bind the hands of the enemy and prevent them from harming your precious children. I pray that you move quickly in your magnificent power to gain the freedom and safe return of all the remaining hostages. Lord, minister to these children and their families and friends in a very intimate way tending to their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs. In Jesus Christ’s name. Amen
