We are asking prayer for safety,well-being and release of the Korean hostages from Taliban terrorists. 2-3 of the hostages have been murdered! Negotiations for release are political, so the process is slow and painful. Please pray for families involved waiting for their loved ones. Thank You for your prayerful support. Hebrews 13:3..Remember the prisoners as if chained with them, and those who are mistreated, since you yourselves are in the body also.
Prayer BUMP
Thank you for reminding us of these people being held hostage. I will surely keep them in my prayers
They are in my prayers. It’s becoming very dangerous for missionaries. An 80 year missionary in Honduras was killed recently by 2 men he hired to do repairs.
Prayers for their swift release.
We lift them up in prayer to the Lord; may they be aware of our prayers, and see the Hand of God upon them...
Prayers for their safe release.
I am sorry to hear that. My daughter has a good friend who provides an orphanage in Honduras. The days are growing dark.
Thanks for the reminder. Prayers up.
The Lord Bless you from Zion;
The Lord Who Made Heaven and Earth. (Ps.134:3)
prayers up, and BUMP!
They and their families are in my prayers.
Prayers lifted....
My own daughter is a missionary who is currently serving at her mission orgs American office. but she has previously served overseas in Africa and eastern European former com-bloc countries. As a missionary's father I can certainly sympathize with the parents of those Korean girls who have put their lives on the line for their Lord.
Prayers for these godly people, ministering for good. May the Lord place His hedge of protection around them and comfort them.
The hostages will be included in my prayers.
Epow, I am so sorry to hear of your son. I pray for full recovery for him.
Thank you for your prayers for the hostages. I will be praying for your son and your family. Please let keep us up dated.May the Lord be with you.
O God of Compassionate Love, we Pray for the Families at Home. Be their Strength, our Merciful Lord; Rest them in Your Sweet Grace. May Thy Presence be with them in a Powerful and Tangible Way.
Thank You for the Promises in Your Word, our Loving God. I will be with you Always. (Matt.28:20) Thank You for Your Abiding Presence with Your Family, Gracious Lord.
Please Surround our Brethren with Your Arms of Love, Shepherd-King. We Love You, Praise You, and Thank You for Hearing our Prayers. In our Jesus' Name, we Exalt You for Your Grace, amen.
Another example of our weakened state. There was a time when the heathen knew better than to mess with a Christian missionary because they realized they’d pay a terrible price. Todays Christian community is so mixed up about this aspect of their responsibility. They need only look at the life of King David, a man after Gods own heart. He had no patience with the enemies of his kingdom. He dealt quickly, decisively and brutally with them when they “misbehaved”. A tactic that the Lord approved of. Now we are beginning to understand why. There is no place within Christianity for pacifism. We must break away from waging our wars in accordance with the evil U.N. Charter. We need a much stronger and aggresive military and not be afraid to use it. So that these kinds of tragic things don’t happen to our dedicated missionary’s. They have a job that needs to be done and they can’t do it because we are too cowardly and selfish to back them up. DD
Thank you for the Prayer Bump!
