Does anyone really give a damn what the State Department says or thinks? Anyone at all?

"Let me just say that it is absolutely outrageous and reprehensible for anyone to suggest attacks on holy sites -- whether they are Muslim, Christian, Jewish or those of any other religion,"...Considering the muzzies bomb everyone's holy sites, including their OWN, I agree with Tom.
State Dept. is full of cr@p on this one.
You nuke US, we nuke YOU, only I'd start with Tehran, THEN Mecca....

"My task as president of the United States is primarily to do one thing -- by the way, not to make sure everybody has health care or everybody's child is educated -- my task is to do one thing: to protect and defend this country. Finally a republican says that we don't have a right to healthcare and the government is responsible for your life. Where is Giuliani and Romney on this? Oh I forgot, "MittCare" is in Massachusetts now.

Kennedy held the Soviets responsible for actions of the Cubans, whats the big deal?
Third: It shall be the policy of this nation to regard any nuclear missile launched from Cuba against any nation in the Western Hemisphere as an attack on the United States, requiring a full retaliatory response upon the Soviet Union.

Muslim sites are more political and offensive (in the armory sense) than religioous.

All responses should be on the table. Had Dhimmi Carter used Qom as a test site for the Neutron Bomb, we’d never have had to deal with Allan’s Nut Patrol ever again.

Hmm, finally someone coming up with the right idea. Took them long enough. And if threats don’t have the desired effect, action will have to be taken. Else, the US will be known as a babba ganoosh or hummus tiger.

Tancredo's remarks are irresponsible and inflammatory. He is making the mission of our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan more dangerous and difficult. He is actually endangering the lives of our soldiers with his reckless comments and empty threats.
STFU Tancredo.

“Let me just say that it is absolutely outrageous and reprehensible for anyone to suggest attacks on holy sites — whether they are Muslim, Christian, Jewish or those of any other religion,” departmental spokesman Tom Casey said.
Actually Tom Casey it is absolutely outrageous and reprehensible for any member of the:
NONELECTED STATE DEPARTMENT!
To make any comment WHATSOEVER regarding the political comments of any US Elected Official.
To comment on the words of a person running for President or any elected office while they are running for office should properly result immediate and permanent firing of the State Department ASSHATS responsible for the Effluvium coming from your mouth “Spokesman”.
Fire the A$$Hats that allowed or in any way participated in making such comments by the State Department on the Political Position of an Elected Public Official running for the Presidency Now!

We’re with Mr. Tancredo. Casey is a compromiser on U.S. security interests.

"My task as president of the United States is primarily to do one thing -- by the way, not to make sure everybody has health care or everybody's child is educated -- my task is to do one thing: to protect and defend this country." Say what you will about Tancredo otherwise, but on this point, he gets it.

Well, Tancredo’s comments will certainly gain him some exposure. I’m not opposed to condoning these actions as real options...can’t say the same for 95% of the American public though.
I’m not ashamed to say that Tancredo is my favorite candidate of the bunch, followed by Paul and Hunter. Slick “safe” bureaucrats who regurgitate PC focus-group-generated platitudes, talking points, and slogans - for some reason, perhaps grounded in history - are a major turn off. All sugar to help to Marxism-lite go down.

The State Department on Friday reacted angrily to Tancredo’s initial comments.
“Let me just say that it is absolutely outrageous and reprehensible for anyone to suggest attacks on holy sites — whether they are Muslim, Christian, Jewish or those of any other religion,” departmental spokesman Tom Casey said.
Tancredo is a bull in a china shop, as this demonstrates once again.
That said, the State Department, like the CIA and FBI, are about as useful as tits on a bull.....
