Judge: Hazleton (Illegal Alien) plaintiffs unnamed for safety

In America, land of opportunity, an illegal immigrant can anonymously sue a city and win.

It happened last week in federal court in the Middle District of Pennsylvania, where a judge struck down the city of Hazleton's laws aimed at evicting illegal immigrants.

Four of the eight individuals who sued Hazleton were in America illegally. All received protection from U.S. District Judge James Munley, who allowed them to bring their case against the city without being identified publicly.

Judge Munley said he had good reason to allow these four illegal immigrants to remain anonymous as their lawyers fought Hazleton's ordinances in court.

"Trial testimony indicated the intense public interest in the ordinances led at times to harassment and intimidation that created fear even among those with a more secure social and legal status than the anonymous plaintiffs," Judge Munley wrote in his decision.

U.S. District judge James Munley (A CLINTON APPOINTEE) has struck down Hazleton Pennsylvania’s Illegal Immigration Relief Act, a big win for the ACLU, a group indirectly linked to the Mexican government.

Perhaps the people who are concerned about the hidden illegal aliens should take out their frustrations on the front lawn of the judge who hid them. People in Hazleton are going to be robbed, assaulted, and possibly more of them murdered, by the illegal aliens that this judge kept in place.

And that is not to mention that this judge trampled the Constitution, and the basic right of self-goverenment that all Americans are entitled to. Our Constitution says that we should have "a republican form of government." That means government by elected representatives, and federal judges are NEVER elected.

Again, it’s our government that’s keeping illegals legal ... then they put it to employers to find out who is legal to work or not then fine them if they hire them ... you just want to scream!!!

This is the same judge that overturned the law that American Citizens went through the entire process to get it passed.

From my previous post...

American Citizens in Hazleton obeying the law and following the Constitution while stating their opinion on the criminal illegal alien border law violators.

Ok, here is a little rundown of the activist judge 206 page opinion

“the nature of the political system in the United States prohibits the city from enacting ordinances that disrupt a carefully drawn federal statutory scheme," Munley wrote in a 206-page opinion.

Then, he contradicts the "correctness" of his bs with the following...

"Even if federal law did not conflict with Hazleton's measures, the city could not enact an ordinance that violates rights the Constitution guarantees to every person in the United States, whether legal resident or not," he added.

Ok which is it? Is the "opinion" of the judge correct or not? Apparently even the judge is not firm in his "opinion." What a piece of traitorous trash.

And as for being part of the feds, perhaps he should listen to his boss...

According to Mr. T. Snow, White House Mouthpiece, "Let me lay down a general rule, which is: The president, because of federalism reasons, does not talk about state, local, county, municipality, Cub Scout, Girl Scout, or other resolutions," Snow said.

Ok, then the president, because of federalism reasons, does not talk about state, local, counties or municipalities kicking the illegals all the way back to me-hee-co.

The Federal Government should instruct all federal judges, because of federalism reasons, to not overturn state, local, counties or municipalities laws or ordinances in regards to actions taken at local levels to prevent infestation of their state, city or town by illegal aliens.

Those are rights reserved for the state and local, counties or municipalities, according to the quoted “federalism reasons.” So, seeing as how federal judges do overturn state, local, counties or municipalities laws and ordinances on a regular basis, exactly as this one has, I can only conclude that Mr. Snow, quite probably under direction from the President, and the President of the United States himself is lying, repeatedly lying and on this issue alone are in violation of the clear and unalterable precept of the very government they proclaimed they are executing...

"from the consent of the governed."

BUILD THE WALL

BUILD IT TALL

DEPORT THEM ALL.

They are breeding like rats and pouring over the border at about 1.5 to 2 million a year or MORE. Their usual childbearing starts at fourteen. Marriage seems to be at about 50 per cent.

They have no desire for American Citizenship, only the welfare, medical, education and housing government benefits they can steal. They declare their loyalty to mexico. They are destroying this nation as surly as nuclear bombs falling from the sky. They care less about the meaning and value of this nation than they do about farting in the park on a breezy day.

They must be deported; right down to the last squalling little niño and old gray abuela. Their aunts, uncles, dogs, cats, chebby pick-ups, lawn care trailers, ALL of it.

When it comes to this issue simply point out Clinton appointees is fatuous. Bush's appointees are of the same mind. (Gonzalez, Sutton, Chertoff, et. al.)

Judge Munley makes us look like patsies with open wallets..We the people, according to the pompous judge, should just keep opening our wallets and pay for all the goods and services these illegals demand..We are just slaves and are EXPECTED by our own government to pay for these invaders....The only answer, if after the appeal, nothing is done is REVOLUTION!!! I know that won’t happen, but I can dream can’t I???
Let’s face it we are having our nation taken away from us by extremely rotten, corrupt politicians....

U.S. Rep. Steve King (R-IA) has -- at great risk to himself (and family I suppose) -- stated that illegal immigrants murder 12 Americans each day and kill 13 each day as a result of drunken driving accidents, for a total of 25 deaths per day. Think about it. That's way over 20,000 since September 11th 2001.

Some argue saying the blame is on "non-U.S. citizens. . .[not] specifically illegal aliens"

Fine.

But it looks like U.S. citizens need protection -- more than simple anonymity -- please!

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm

This has to be unconstitutional...not knowing who is bringing the suit..

Even a rapist has the right to face his accuser...the rape victim..

Or do they get around the “to be confronted with the witnesses against him” part of the 6th Amendment by claiming this is not a “criminal prosecution”?

I hope part of the appeal includes these grounds...

The illegal aliens in this case do not have legal standing..one reason being is that they are not effected adversely by the law to the extent it discriminates against them in any way.... they are not here legally to claim the protection of the COTUS as members of “We the People” subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.....

That’s only in criminal prosecutions.

Still, this “for their safety” bull is just that - BS. Dim judge just wants to protect these illegals from the legal consequences of their actions (read: deportation)

The People of Hazelton (and everyone else in America) just had their basic rights violated by this two bit judge. I hope that not only does the Mayor Barletta and the City of Hazelton win this in appeal, but that the appelate court also smacks down this judge big time!

Click on the thread link below to check out Mayor Barletta's take on this twisted judge's decision:

The only answer, if after the appeal, nothing is done is REVOLUTION!!! I know that won’t happen, but I can dream can’t I???

Interesting note, there has always been a bit if the old 2nd Amendment talk around, mostly to make a point and remind the folks that think they are in charge that reality is they are very high paid janitors that really are doing the jobs almost all Americans really don’t want to fool with, ie, politicians.

However…

I have heard, no less than three times in the past six weeks something I have never heard before.

Mainstream major radio and television talk show hosts referring to armed revolution in this country as a result of the government’s refusal to enforce the law.

I have never heard that before and hearing it now they are presenting it as pretty much a given if the issue of criminal illegal alien border law violators is not resolved by the 2008 election. Effectively, they are predicting, on national radio and TV the very real probability of the Second American Revolution in about 18 months. The resolution being the illegals have got to go.

It’s as simple as that.

The illegals have got to go.

So the judge is knowingly aiding and abbeting KNOWN criminals by shielding them from deportation..

Isnt there a federal statute against shielding illegal foreign nationals from deportation?
