The Good News is that Hazelton, Pennsylvania Mayor Barletta and the City of Hazelton will appeal this twisted Judge's decision to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia and all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court if they have to.

As if we needed yet another reminder of the 8 years of damage the Clintons did to this country, and why Hillary is so dangerous-- judicial appointments like these.
John, how do illegal immigrants, especially those who refuse to identify themselves, have any standing in any court on any matter?
How can any appointed US official ever tell an elected US official that they need to consult with a foreign head of state before signing any law or ordinance passed by any elected municipal body? Isn’t it actually against present US law for US citizens to conduct any legal action with any foreign head of state? These sorts of agreements with foreign heads of state are the perview of the US State Department, Congress &/or POTUS, aren’t they?
I have heard that Civics is no longer taught as it was 50 years ago, but I really feel like I am reading something from Lewis Carroll. These actions and statements qualify as totally illogical.
I heard the interview with the mayor yesterday. I am so outraged. What is wrong with this judge? An ILLEGAL immigrant not only doesn’t have to reveal who they are, they don’t even have to show up in court. Can a US citizen get away with this? I thought we had a right to face our accusers under the Constitution.
Folks, we really do need to do something about this. Every time you see a Chamber of Commerce plaque in a business, ask them if they really support the kind of anti-American crap this organization is involved in, and if not they need to have their voice heard before they lose their clientele.
Munley is a Democratic Party puppet. He is the typical Clinton appointee.
If he was a good lawyer, his law firm wouldn’t have to constantly run those cheesy ambulance-chaser TV ads they have on all the time on local television. “Munley, Munley, and Cartwright...give us a call and we will chase your ambulance! 717-322-CROOK.”
I just sent a mini-donation ... that poor Mayor and his city .. ACLU DOES want to bankrupt them ... and everyone will sit back just like the Keoh (?) case, till it’s a done deal and we’re all further screwed.
