Here are my thoughts on the subject.

I wanted to stop by and bump this thread in support of our good neighbors across the border because apparently there are some criminal elements who seem to have an ax to grind regarding christians and conservatives addressing issues of public importance.

And if we're not very careful with who we put in office next year this kind B.S. and C.F. could very well end up making it's way over here into America.

I've been to Free Dominion. It's an excellent website where like-minded folks North of the border have a chance to address issues of public imprtance without getting urinated on by those who simply have a problem with them expressing their opinions.

The question is will this website continue to exist or will it end up being shut down by those who seem to bear grudges against christians and conservatives and have axes to grind.

If I remember correctly the political power in Canada shifted from liberals to conservatives not too long ago. One would think this would make for a much better enviroment for being able to address issues of public importance but apparently that doesn't seem to be the case.

So, our thoughts and prayers are will our friends North of the border and I urge everyone to keep this thread bumped as this could very well happen here in America.

I guarantee you that the people of today who cannot handle offensive speech, will not be able to handle a real fight to protect their country when anarchy breaks loose.

So many of my hopes were put on Harper to change some if this nonsense and he does not seem too concerned about principled conservatives, a little lip service here and there. Where can a person turn? I have been worried about this charge since it broke. Worried for you personally Connie and Mark, selfishly worried for myself, and worried for our country and our freedom of expression.

As paycheck stated, everyone will be a little more careful because somebody is watching and listening ready to silence their opponents. Is this the country we want? To be treated as children. To whisper so nobody can hear what we really think? Do you lefties actually think that you can suppress thought after you have suppressed the speech you do not like?

This Marie-Line Gentes, the complainer, is quite the flake. I almost feel sorry for the Canadian Human Rights Commission, but I suppose they can't be choosy about who they represent considering the quality of people who would come to them to pull a stunt like this.

Marie-Line Gentes a wildlife biologist who studied at the University of Saskatchewan and now teaches at Vanier College in Quebec. She obviously has a serious hate on for Bill Whatcott and Free Dominion is caught in the crossfire.

The odd thing is she isn't whining about what everyone would expect, she is whining on behalf of her poor Muslim brothers and sisters. I guess she figures they are too stupid to act on their own behalf so she will condescend to do it for them.

The most ridiculous part of all is her claim that she, herself, was discriminated against. She opens with that and afterwards does nothing but cite how mean Bill Whatcott is to Muslims. She actually states that she isn't a Muslim, and never explains how it is that she was discriminated against. She only includes a couple of urls in her complaint. Some of the lawyers looking into this are at the moment deciding how much I should publish here. I really want to put up the whole text of her absurd complaint but for the time being I will generalize.

But there seems to be two things going on here. This whacko hates Bill Whatcott and she has chased him to Free Dominion. She attacked us in order to further her pursuit on Whatcott.

Now, as a result of her personal vendetta against Whatcott, we have to defend Connie and Free Dominion from bogus hate crime accusations. We will do it, and we will win (if only in the court of public opinion), but we may as well make the best of it.

Everybody now knows what's really going on, so let's all watch the Canadian Human Rights Commission in action. The fact that this is just a personal vendetta should have no effect on their attacks on Free Dominion at all. We fully expect this to continue.

A person can put people through this mess both emotionally and financially, (you already need lawyers) because she feels discriminated against by a comment that has no association with her person in any way shape or form. According to this Gentes chick, she has been discriminated against because Bill Whatcott posted the following on FD.

If you are not a Muslim and you have read the above, according to Gentes, you have been discriminated against. I imagine everyone is writhing on the floor right now but I'm not done discriminating against you yet. I'm going to reproduce some more stuff from her complaint to further torture you. These she added with no accreditation, but she doesn't seem to be attributing them to Whatcott:

"Probably everyone want to jail a Muslim."
"I have to ask why we are importing them here?"
"Islamic fundamentalism and its threat to Canada's religious and civil liberties."

Had enough? Say, "Uncle!"

That's it, infidels, you have been discriminated against. I wonder now if I'm a human rights violater too because I printed this. Maybe if somebody quotes they will become criminals too. You can't tell with the Human Rights Commission, they make it up as they go along.

- 8:00am Free Dominion's lawyer receives faxed copy of complaint from Canadian Human Rights Commission.

- 4:00pm We get home from school and get copy of complaint ourselves.

The complainant is an infidel named Marie-Lines Gentes. She has complained that she was discriminated against because Bill Whatcott posted some things she didn't like about Muslims at Free Dominion. This woman appears to be on a personal vendetta against Mr. Whatcott and this bogus complaint is merely collateral damage from her point of view. She is not a Muslim, herself, and she completely fails to explain how Mr. Whatcott's postings discriminate against her, or have anything to do with her at all.

The following are the offending posts, attributed by her to Bill Whatcott:
