This story has legs.
There was a guy in 2000 from some kind of tech firm. A millionaire. On his site he openly boasted that he never agreed with a candidate as much as he agreed with Al Gore. And when the election was dragged out, he threw financial support to Gore’s recount activity and openly boasted to the press that he was a “Republican” who felt that Al Gore Junior was being cheated.
It is not unheard of for Democrats to vote in the Republican primary to dilute the party’s nominations. Probably was trying to get McCain nominated but wouldn’t vote for him in the general election.
This RINO I’m talking about even registered at FR under his name and posted a number of responses defending Gore.
I can’t believe this. The pollsters are right- conservatives don’t give a damn anymore. We’ve been beaten- they win. Except for some silly story (raccoon gives birth to twin girls), I’ll never post here again. We’ve lost and I don’t give a damn. I will never give a dime to any Republican candidate again. Damn, I’ll give money to Hillary, at least she has the courage of her convictions.

Hey, the paper came out and said they were going liberal. Then someone said, “OMG we used the L word.” and they restated that they would be a progressive paper. So ... they are already on record as saying the truth doesn’t matter a whit. And someone expects them to retract a lie???
