I personally think he should be in jail...but there have been a number of articles that have come out on his fund raising.

"The real question right now is why someone would write a check to the McCain campaign if they have not already done so in the past. When McCain was selling McCain-Feingold he said he wanted to get the money out of politics.
It appears McCain succeeded beyond his wildest hopes, with no need for help from McCain-Feingold.
