A criminal complaint accuses Kalidou Diallo of slipping a video recorder, video player and remote control into a sneak preview of the film at a Bronx theater Monday night. Remember Amadou Diallo, whom the NYPD turned into swiss cheese years ago? His "profession" was selling pirated movies on street corners in NYC. One wonders if this is his brother, or cousin, or just a wild coincidence of names. If his family, what a contribution his family is making to America! Gotta love that 3rd world immigration.

$250 fine to a misdemeanor that carries up to six months in jail and penalties of up to $5,000.That doesn't seem too high to me for such a crime.
There are pirated copies of '300' everywhere you turn. The movie will be released July 31 however.

Kinda funny for a movie in which a character tells the feds, “Sure, I downloaded 4000 songs off the internet — but who hasn’t?? Who hasn’t??”
