And Hannity’s America segment compensates for the adulation of Carl Cameron and whatever producers and directors show her fovorably every day?

Ah, we don’t need Rep. Cannon to explain the problems with the Plame matter. Brit Hume is doing it for us.

I’m watching Reliable Sources; first segment was on Telemundo and their journo was is having an affair with Villagorooso (sp). I don’t recall them even mentioning that Telemundo is owned by NBC...HA! Just more indications that NBC doesn’t have a clue about journalistic ethics.

Second segment is on Libby’s commutation. The blond Brit (Kate someone?) is making some sense that the reason the media is so involved in this story is that they see the Libby conviction as a conviction on Bush for the WOT. Another reporter, Debra Saunders San Fran chronicle, actually thinks the President DID THE RIGHT thing regarding Libby’s commutation. (Surprise).

Howie brings up the hypocricy regarding the democrats accepting all the Clinton pardons (but no mention specifically of the pardons of Rich or the terrorists). Overall, the segment was boring at best.

Debra Saunders is a very intelligent person. She is also conservative.

Take it back about Chris Cannon. He really picked up steam at the end.

Van Hollan is a blond Rahm Emanuel.

I just wish Brit or someone would have questioned the charges/treatment of Sandy Burger.

Exactly. They had all their eggs ready to battle against McCain. Now that McCain has all but folded his tent, the libs don’t know what to do.

They'll get nasty and start slinging mud hoping something sticks

Dem/libs always resort back to their old bag of tricks

Thanks Bahbah; I was unaware of that. I think San Fran, and I think liberal left wing moonbat.

Actually I think Bill Kristol brought it up; he mentioned to Juan, OK fine, lets have the debate..and then went into the fact that Sandy Burg(l)er stole those classified documents obstructing the 9/11 commission and didn’t go to jail; Slick willy lied to a court and admited guilt, and didn’t go to jail..so it was discussed.

Kristol also made an interesting observation. Now that Ed Gillespi is in the White House, the tone has changed. That Gillespi is good on the communications front, where Bartlett (I think that is who he replaced) was into the “new tone” stuff. Gillespi is a fighter and said that is being reflected in the President’s response to the Clinton criticism of his commutation of Libby and the weekly radio addrss this week where the President took the dems to task on their do nothing but investigate approach.

I hope its true, I’m looking forward to seeing the President fight back against the democrats and their poodles in the media.

It will be interesting now with Brown as leader whether they will jump ship again and support the Conservatives at the next election.

When is your next election?

Pete Hoekstra (sp?) is doing a great job on FNS. He is pointing out the difference between the dims (bumper sticker war, cutting funding for Special Ops and spending it on global warming) and the pubbies on the WOT and Iraq. Now addressing the issue on pardons.

If proportional voting was the scheme that would be the major voting block but because each race is individual like yours it is very geographical how the seats in Parliament are made up.

For example at the last general election it was :-

Seats
Labour - 356
Conservative - 198
Lib Dems - 62

Percentage of vote though tells a very different story

Labour 35.3%
Conservative 32.3%
Lib Dems 21.1%
Others 10.3%

Blair wins historic third term

So do I. Some of my personal TV highlights were when Gillespie and McAuliffe used to appear shoulder to shoulder on the Sunday shows, and Gillespie would just laugh at the lies spewed forth by McAuliffe.

We learn, listening to Pete Hoekstra, that there are actually people in the House who understand the jihidis and the threat we fact. Duncan Hunter, of course, is another. This is reassuring to some extent.

We used to have Santorum and Lieberman in the Senate. Now we just have Lieberman. There must be others who grasp that what is going on is even more important than their cushy positions of power being perpetuated.

Kristol pointing out what I think will hurt Clinton as much as her horrid personality and I think will resonate with the ordinary voter who does not follow things the way we do here...do they really want Bush/Clinton/Bush/Clinton.

Mara points out she is running a “restoration” campaign.
