We also would like to know how you celebrate Independence Day.

This year our family will celebrate Independence Day with some friends and Co-workers at our house with a nice BBQ.

Last year Hubby and I both had to work and didn't really get to celebrate ,so we are really looking forward to having a get together with friends.

Thank you to our awesome troops for keeping us save. God Bless and protect them.

I am gonna sleep late and then we’ll probably go to Wattsburger for lunch.

I don’t think I want to go downtown where there are going
to be huge crowds, but there is a site online where I should
be able to pick up some fireworks over a lake and bridge.
I hope!..the height of laziness! LOL!

Guess we could watch them on TV, too.

I never venture into the crowds..I have gotten a look at the glow but I can’t see fireworks from here..They’ve had to move away from the site on Lake Brazos this year because of high water so who knows..It rained again here today and prbably will tomorrow.
