Hayes led an unusual coalition of white Minutemen activists and a small number of blacks demanding reparations for slavery

Could someone please explain this unusual coalition? Why would the Minutemen want to assemble with blacks demanding reparations for slavery and why would blacks demanding reparations for slavery want to march with the Minutemen? And how did these wildly different groups find each other to coordinate their efforts. I wish the pictures in the original posting had captions.

Well, It’s pretty hard to find something positive in this, but it brought a tear to my eye seeing black and white Americans marching in the streets together again. We haven’t seen much of that since the civil rights marches and it’s about time. And all the better that they are always joined by fine Americans of Mexican heritage. I don’t think the politicos fully understand what they’re up against. Nothing has ever united us quite like this.

Thank you Ladycalif for all that you do. It really means a lot to see fellow FReepers/Americans stand up for the injustices that our government has caused. It really is their fault. They should NEVER have allowed this situation to happen. Their greed and their lust for power is the reason they have looked the other way for all these years. It's the reason they are trying to ram this shamnesty down our throats too!

This picture angered me more than any others. They have NO respect for America/Americans! I don't recognize any of these flags except for the one from Mexico, but NONE of them should be waved in our country!!

I hope Ted Hayes is out of jail by now. It is outrageous that he got arrested. I wonder if any of the illegals got arrested? Not in this sanctuary city, I'll bet.
