That's what they want you to think. They figure if you think it's going to pass no matter what you do then you will stop calling/faxing/protesting.
The thing to gleen from this is to keep doing what they don't want us to do. Remember, they work for us, they might think they are Kings and Queens but theres that little thing that gets in the way, 1776.

GWB's second term is the
worst I've seen so far. That so many Freepers fawned all over him (some still do) is absolutely disgraceful. For some, the only thing that matters is that he's an (R) and worships the right God.
D.C. is inhabited and run by whores from top to bottom.

It was posted earlier from an interview on Face the Nation, IIRC. Thanks, I'll look for that.

Thank for for that excellent, well formatted list.
I do know how to grab the source on that — so with your permission, I will add it to other threads.
However, I hope you stick close for the next week and post it where you can.

D.C. is inhabited and run by whores from top to bottom.
That's a fact if there ever was one.
Unfortunately whores work for cash and we average citizens can't outbid corporations for the whores services.
If we could, D.C. would not be the plaything of corporate lobbyists and special interest groups like it is now.

Here's one now!
Hey, all you incredibly dumb and uninformed Americans, Im Lindsey Graham. Im a really, really, REALLY smart lawyer from South Carolina.
Because I am from South Carolina, some of you uninformed BIGOTS might call me a cracker.
Actually, that suits me just fine because that would make me a Graham Cracker. So if you dont like my position on immigration (often bent over Ted Kennedys desk), you can
BITE ME!

What would it take to get TERM LIMITS in the Senate?
That would help.

If there’s a Freeper more knowledgeable than Brit Hume on any aspect of American politics, he must be a lurker.
On the show today, he and Charles Krauthammer gave several good reasons why the bill should not be passed-— in particular, Krauthammer noted that only the most token effort has gone into building the border fence. When they predict that the bill wall pass the Senate but not the House, they are making a prediction, not a judgment.

How the heck did a darn poem become official policy ?
I am probably going to be flamed for this but I say we would have been better off without the darned French statue.
It is the Constitution that oaths of office are supposed to refer to,and even the pledge of allegiance to the flag , includes the Constitution.
Of course we do see that many of the current politicians have no regard for the Constitution,or the U.S. flag,or their oaths invoking a God they don't believe (in?) will punish their lies.
WE had less to fear from Kruschev openly promising to bury us than the weasels within selling us out.The stab in the back is the most difficult to defend against.

Krauthammer opines that only the House can stop the Immigration Bill, now. Mike Savage said that the day it was introduced.
To: Sleeping Beauty
This is why we all went door to door in 2004? So we could now castigate Bush as a traitor and call upon Reid and Pelosi to stop him? Nightmare of nightmares!
