Comments by Republican senators on Thursday suggested that they were feeling the heat from conservative critics of the bill, who object to provisions offering legal status. The Republican whip, Trent Lott of Mississippi, who supports the bill, said: “Talk radio is running America. We have to deal with that problem.”

This is very dangerous talk coming from him and it needs to get out all across America. If he really thinks talk radio is a problem and HE SUCCESSFULLY BLAMES THE BILL'S FAILURE ON PEOPLE LIKE US, then it sounds to me like he's making us the scapegoat and very possibly the target for illegal groups looking to get the bill passed.

This bill could bring about the next civil divide in the country, and possibly start a new civil war.
