Michael Savage, the #3 most listened to talk-show host in America, was honored by Talkers Magazine, the "Bible" of talk radio, with this year's Freedom of peech Award.
Recently, Talkers held a bash at which they presented the award. C-SPAN, which claims to be nonpartisan and nonideological, was there and carried most of the speeches. But for some reason, it blacklisted Savage's speech accepting the award.
Why would a nonideological network do this? More liberal media bias, obviously. C-SPAN has now willingly made itself part of the liberal effort to suppress freedom of speech in this country.
ditto that to the maxxxxx...........I make the life threatnin’ mistake of visiting a Savage thread here and well.........barely survived.......

Substantial parts of it, yes, but not the featured speaker receiving hsi "Freedom of Speech" Award.
It’s the best thing to happen to television since television was invented. You’re just looking for something to complain about, imo.
So is Al Gore. Have you seen C-SPAN blacklisting him?

C-SPAN is not there to take sides.
Did you know that Savage recently had photos of the severed heads of AMERICAN SOLDIERS on the homepage of his website?
I have no idea why Cspan doesn’t like him- but his decision to do that is good enough for me to never, ever watch or listen to him. (I haven’t for several years anyway..but still..)
I thought Glenn Beck (who I think is awesome) was the 3rd most listened to Talk Show ?
If you were a real C-SPAN watcher you'd know that that is not their job.
But it IS their job to cut off a caller because he calls Jimmuh........Carter "the worst President ever." That's unacceptable, but callign Bush a liar and other over-the-line things is tolerated? And tehy have no bias, right? Just like CNCBS and PMSNBC (More Socialist Nonsense By Creeps.)
Savage does not carry the water for the GOP like Rush, Hannity and Levin.
Savage sounded the alarm bells for borders, language and culture many years ago. Other talk-show hosts are only recently echoing the same sentiment.
He tried to make his show national but somehow he was doing too much Boston/New England stuff, and maybe it didn’t
necessarily translate to other parts of the country. While
Howie’s show is heard all over New England now, at one point
it was on stations in places like Seattle, Hagerstown MD,
Newark (Columbus area) Ohio, Albany NY, and Salt Lake City.
Thanks to WVMT being back, Howie can be heard on the NY
side of Lake Champlain (Montreal, too) again...
I agree with you totally. My dad was listening to Savage and he was doing some bizarre poetry song and i’m like “You have to turn this freak off.. i can’t stand”
Now I listen to him every night and he’s dead on about almost everything.
