What I think happening here is Rather was sent to the other network to trash Miss Dingbat..Her ratings are all the way down the toilet so when Rather said what he did they probably had more people watch Dingy than ever has watched..

Inquiring minds want to know what kind of tart Katie is. She doesn’t qualify as a pop tart or a sweet tart. I won’t be able to sleep until I get an answer to this vexing issue.
