They will now proceed to rework the bill and bring it up again as another substitute bill at a later date. Reid is now bloviating for the cameras basically saying nothing of importance. He is trying to pin the blame for failure on the Republican side and also trying to appease the AFL-CIO who were adamently opposed to the guest worker portion of the bill. Now Reid bringing up a sob stories, again pimping for the cameras. All meaningless dribble.
