Huh?
Yeah but the real question is, do L.A. residents do #1 in the shower like George Costanza? Is it acceptable? I mean, it’s going down the drain anyway, right?
LA has wanted to tap the Great Lakes for years and know it seems they will be pushing for it even more. Thankfully the Constitution requires that a treaty between all Great Lakes states and Canada before anything can be done.
Let them use Handi Wipes!
I cannot imagine the stench in LA with the NO Shower Left Behind act and Cheryl Crows “one Square per Sitting” thought process being implemented with an undercurrent of unbathing libs.........
Stinky puss_ is all I have to say.
FROM THE “NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED FILE”
I will remind everyone in LA that is a DWP customer the last time their was a drought they told people to cut back on their usage. Only to find out they did it so well they did not make the money they projected that year so they RAISED their water bill rates to cover their (obedient) budget short fall.
Too many wetbacks...
They must have absorbed too much water....
The liberals in the hills had the Toilet to Tap program banned in the San Fernando Valley. Basically all the reclaimed water in Balboa Park was to be placed into the Hansen Dam, to seep down back into the ground water after 7 years.
Orange County just finished their program, and claim to be drought proof.
Liberal policies have brought on this situation.
Our self-absorbed mayor is at it again. This guy wakes up every day at 4:00 AM, and manufactures an issue to get his mug on TV. He wants to make sure that the first thing we see or hear about when we awake is a TV spot or soundbite of him.
This is a false issue. Our watercomes from the snow pack up in the Sierras, which is actually quite thick this year. For the most part, rainfall in the L.A. area is notsaved for our water supply.
There is no shortage of water for LA right now.
I’m sure Barbra Streisand is complying with this request.
If they had gone through with plans to dam the Grand Canyon in the sixties, they wouldn’t be having this problem. Instead they listened to the Environmental whackos and this is what happens.
I agree with Terry Anderson. Why should I scrimp and save, conserve and suffer and do without water or anything else, just so some illegal alien can have my share? Terry purposely leaves his garden hose running all day long, and I don’t blame him.
If it’s yellow let it mellow...if it’s brown flush it down.
welcome to the third world Los Angeles, been here a while, but it is becomg apparent now.
