I thought he cut her off because she was pointing out faults of the toon - Alan does not like that.

Saundra cool it. Mitt is a good guy but he was a lousy Governor of Mass, like his Father he was a RINO.

I know you are LDS, but Mitt is not what you want. Don't bash me My family went to Utah in 1848 and were LDS from 1830.

I am tired of saying this. Fred is a big constitution supporter. He is all about States’ Rights. That view is totally incompatible with selling out our sovereignty.

Some of you conspiracy theorists think that free trade is a big evil bogeyman. I think if done cautiously and correctly it can only benefit our country.

Ann surprised them all by ripping on Fred a bit.

“Ann is getting catty about Fred and Clinton.”

I ran into that snarkiness over at Hot Air. There are Republicans who will not forgive Thompson for not “getting” Clinton.

Agreed. She’s marginalizing herself.

There are times when Clinton should be invoked - WOT, tax hikes, etc. But to denounce Fred because he didn’t vote for impeachment (a mistake sure, but nothing overtly serious) and to use that as the defining reason to be against his candidacy is ridiculous.

For me as well, first time I disagree with Ann.

IMWITHFRED.COM
Expires on: 31-May-08

I'm surprised they didn't register the domain for at least two years upfront. May 31, 2008 is long before the election, even. Maybe this is just a transitional site. Just an observation.

Keep laughing, but this is a project of the CFR. Why else would Bush be pushing this ridiculous amnesty agenda. The CFR crowd want the North American Union, much like the EU.

Thompson is pro free trade, ain't no doubt about that, with the exception of Duncan and Ron Paul (whose opposition is more along the lines of how it is done, over it in and of itself), they all are.

Now as for wanting a NAU, considering Thompson is in favor of border security first, opposed to amnesty (see national review), it would be bizarre to see him supporting something like the NAU, and about as likely as Tom Tancredo.

And NAFTA, like it or hate it, is a done deal, signed and law.

Yeah - I’m with Ann - I like Hunter the best too. I’m also a realist - I’d be happy with Hunter on the VP ticket & I think Fred has the best chance of winning.

"Global Economy" that's just code words for internationalism. We created the constitution to create a free trade zone between the states. Now they want that between the nations. Can you say, whatever happened to "state's rights?"

I reinterate, Fred is a shoe-in, he is CFR. And he will end up being another Bush.

I don’t care if he did. Intelligent people realize that the U.S. doesn’t exist in a vacuum.

There IS a global economy. Fred would use the global economy to improve America’s economy.

Oh! But he did vote for impeachment, but not for removal.

No, that is a very strong indicator and should be asked of all candidates!

PS: Ann is looking particularly nice, tonight.
